CONSULTATION FEES

The current recommended fee by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) is $300.

Standard consultation: $250
Saturday consultation: $275

Payment is requested at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards. Information about fees and cancellation policy is available when booking appointments.

Fees for Forensic Assessments and Reports vary depending on client needs and require a letter of instruction from your lawyer. Please contact us for a quote.

For insurance-related SIRA claims (Worker’s Compensation and Compulsory Third Party claims), we will request approval with the insurer and bill them directly.

MEDICARE AUSTRALIA REBATE

Clinical Psychologist Medicare rebate is $137.05 per session.

To be eligible for a rebate under Medicare, you will need a Better Access: Mental Health Care Plan from your General Practitioner, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician for a diagnosable mental disorder. You may be eligible for 10 sessions of rebate per calendar year.

For your convenience, we can assist in lodging a claim with Medicare for your rebate.

Many private health funds provide rebates for psychological consultations and we are registered providers with major health funds. Please check with your private health fund to find out about what you may be eligible for and what your annual limit is.
